Elevator Installation

An office property required an elevator to be installed for ADA Compliance Issues.
This complex project required structural penetration and cutting of the mezzanine floor decking, concrete & joist to build the elevator shaft.

North Texas Renovations LLC was hired to procure and install the elevator.
Scope of work included:

• Concrete foundation cut-out.
• Rebar & Re-pour foundation for pit.
• Structural penetrations and new support.
• All fire & electrical connectivity for the elevator.
• Fire rated shaft & compliant clearances.
• Elevator Procurement & Installation.
