This hotel property is located right next to the toyota music factory & the irving convention center. This area serves as a new DFW hub to host concerts and big conventions. The hotel was 20 years old and was in dire need for some major upgrades & renovations to be competitive in the market.

North Texas Renovations LLC completed a full exterior & interior renovation of this hotel.

Scope of work included everything that was proposed on the property improvement plan provided by the IHG brand.

* 127 guestrooms full renovation to new updated brand standards.

New carpets, new tiles, new wall coverings, new casegoods, new fixtures and fittings, new kitchenettes and equipment also redesigning the room layout.

It also included a full renovation of all public areas, hotel lobby, fitness room, pool room, breakfast area, meeting rooms, etc.

The exterior of this property was also completely redesigned as per the new brand standards to give the property a fresh look. 

The renovation was so impeccable that the property was nominated for the "Renovation of the Year" award by IHG in 2020.
